Refund Policy

At Lux Lab Car Care, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper application
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, contact us at support@luxlabcarcare.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we may not be able to process your return.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Once shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
