Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $99. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order total qualifies.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS and UPS. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code and order weight.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship once they become available. Estimated ship dates are displayed at checkout. You will be notified by email when your pre-order ships, including tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your package appears lost, please contact us at support@luxlabcarcare.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
